BB stands for "Beauty Balm" or "Blemish Balm" and they're basically tinted moisturizers with skin care ingredients and SPF built in.
The Indian market is flooded with BB creams.. almost every beauty brand has one in their range and being an ardent lover of BB Creams, I had to pick this one up from the brand Spawake and put it to my testing table.
Here's the review of Spawake Moisture Fresh BB Cream.

No option is available for dark skin tone.
PACKAGING: This BB Cream comes in a little tube packaging which has a thin nozzle. The tube has got a screw cap which shuts tightly. The packaging is cute and safe to carry around.
TEXTURE: It has got delightfully lightweight texture and spreads smoothly over the skin. *Dream*
FRAGRANCE: This BB cream has got a very sweet, floral, refreshing and mild fragrance. Simply in love with it's fragrance. :)
RESULTS:
Moisturizing: It does what it claims as far as moisturizing part is concerned. It hydrates the skin well and you don't need to apply moisturizer separately.
Coverage: 'Perfect light-coverage' is what you will get from Spawake Moisture Fresh BB Cream. It does not cover up dark circles. However, it does cover minor imperfections and evens out skin tone.
Finish: It gives a nice dewy, sheer finish and does not make the skin look cakey, patchy, oily or greasy, but I guess it won't suit oily-skinned beauties, specially in summers.
With SPF built in, one doesn't need to apply sunscreen separately.
DO WE RECOMMEND?
Oh yes, we surely do. Just one product and you're ready to go. It is my "Moisturizer & Corrector & Light Makeup & Sunscreen (SPF 25/PA++)." Ahhhhh...what more can a lazy bum like me dream of? *HappyDance*
